Hygiene & Safety Notice



Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.


We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery only if all eligibility conditions are met.





✅ Eligible Returns



To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following must apply:


  • Item is unused, unworn, uninstalled, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Item is in original condition and original packaging
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item has not been customized or made to order






❌ Non-Returnable Items



For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Human hair bundles
  • Wigs
  • Closures or frontals
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, washed, or chemically treated
  • Final sale items






🚚 Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service






🔄 Order Cancellation



  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipping
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled






📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging



After verification, we will offer one of the following:


  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit



(Refunds are not issued for verified damage unless legally required.)





❌ Refunds



Refunds are issued only for approved and eligible returns.

We do not issue refunds for:


  • Used or altered hair products
  • Delivery delays
  • Customs issues
  • Refused or unclaimed packages
  • Change of mind after shipment



Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.





⚠️ Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention



  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be disputed with evidence
  • Customers who file chargebacks without contacting us first may be restricted from future purchases

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.


Returned items must be:


  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
